A wide variety of metal is used. Most common are steel, aluminum and copper. They can be bare or pre-finished (painted, vinyl-clad, etc.) and whether the customer furnishes his own metal or North Star supplies the metal, the choice always belongs to the customer.

North Star has 30 lines of rollforming equipment capable of roll forming metals from .005" to .1046" thick.
